Code management tools for browsing and searching code
SNiFF+ programming environment tool from TakeFive. Five licenses were recently purchased, one on NT and four on Solaris. Contact Torre for info.

Rational Rose CASE tool following UML/Booch/Objectory from Rational. Used for OO/C++ class design. Enterprise license for NT at BNL. Contact Torre.
Argo/UML freeware UML tool similar to Rose

Insure++ (ParaSoft) is a runtime debugger that detects memory leaks and other problems in C++ code. RCF has a BNL site license for it. Usage info to come. Consult Torre Wenaus.
