Release "new" tagged as SL99e -> "pro"

June 18 1999, "new" version of Library has been moved to "pro" and will be used for production.

Former "pro" (SL99b) has been moved to "old" branch.

"new"still pointed to SL99e. This will be changed with next release "dev"-> "new".

SL99a and SL99c have been removed according to announcement on June 11.
