Release SL99c -> "new"

March 22, 1999 "dev" version of Library has been tagged as SL99c and moved to "new". This is the last release with current scheme of Makers .

New "dev" version SL99d has been built for the development of library using new scheme of Makers.

Old versions SL98h and SL98k have been removed according to the announcement on March 4.

The summary of changes in new release since release on March 4, 1999 are outlining below.

• StEvent - modified to add options for using 'std' namespace, added a few 'using' protections, added: iterators, missing version for no template def args;

• StarClassLibrary - mofified to use namespace 'std', fixed scope problem;

• St_base - fixed bug in sorting array, St_tableSorter has been ajusted for HP;

• St_QA_Maker - added new histogram, fixed hist limits, added new method DrawHists;

• St_io_Maker - implemented multi volumes files, HTML link to STAR problem reports;

• St_dst_Maker - changed dst_vertex table size;

• St_tss_Maker - changed ID of histograms according to standards;

• St_TLA_Maker - implemented HTML link to STAR problem report;

• St_tpcdaq_Maker - fixed filling of raw_sec_m table;

• St_tcl_Maker - added code for cluster morphology;

• tracksDraw.C - new macros to draw hits from the different generators;

• QA_Hist_Draw.C - new version implemented to use new St_io_Maker feature;

• DrawDstHist.C - implemented loop over directory tree to read the files, implemented list of bad files;

PAMS

• ftpc/fcl - added additional debug functionality;

• ftpc/fpt - fixed anglstep for non-equidistant pad rows;

• ftpc/ffs - simplified the setting of gepoint_h.nok and fppoint_h.nok;

• tpc - removed unused old files, changed name for cluster morphology, added structure for beam test;
