         You asked me for some numbers I forgot to send you.
here they are ; note that both "RAW" and "DST" have different meanings
for the 4 experiments. For example, raw in STAR is daq files + raw
simulation while DST is any pass > 0 (event.root, micro DST etc ...).

Numbers in GB

                RAW           DST
-------------------------------------
STAR      180 k            75 k
Phenix     160 k             82 k
Phobos       40 k             80 k
Brahms 13 k ?? --> this number shows as zero, they may
add all in
                                                  one global space.

    The above are reported by our HPSS statistics

    For STAR, the detail number as per today and our knowledge of the

8050486541351::daq_reco_dst

7187734188::reco_daq_dst
6618244::reco_daq_hist
44345::reco_daq_runco

    which seems close. Note also that most data is actually year2 data.

    The projections for this year are

                RAW         DST
-------------------------------------
STAR     200 k          200 k
Phenix    226 k           271k
Phobos      25 k          112 k
Brahms     17 k            25 k

    those are "short-end" projections i.e. the real projections and what
I presented
at the collaboration meeting mentionned ~ 270+ TB of MuDst and event.root
(equal amount or close to 300 TB of raw files).
