Archiving production's log files

Production log/err files are located on NFS during production. The directory names are:

/star/rcf/prodlog/production_series/log/daq - for real data;

/star/rcf/prodlog/production_series/log/trs - for MC data;

If number of files is too big to keep them in one directory, they are moved to other directories:

After production is done log/err files are archived (tarred) by run numbers and sinked to HPSS.
The directory names on HPSS are:

/home/starreco/reco/backup/production_series/log or
/home/starreco/reco/backup/production_series/log_1
if log files location on NFS have been split between several ../daq, ../daq.1 etc locations;
/home/starreco/reco/backup/production_series/log_trs - for MC data

Examples of production's pathes on NFS and HPSS:

Names of tarred log/err files on HPSS looks like:

P08ie-9067009.log.tar - for real data where P08ie is production series and 9067009 is run number
P07ic-rcf1310.log.tar - for MC data where P07ic is production series and rcf1310 is name/runnumber of MC dataset

Name convention for archived log files was used starting from September 2009.
