I am working to add spectra to EEmcQA2 that we can use to study the high tower triggers. I will be making tower spectra gated by DSM data.
Before spectra gated by DSMs I have added these tower spectra. From run 5039066 which had some mix of ht1 in it.

The next is the 6 crates' ADCs incremented only for the largest ADC in the crate. I have masked out cr4 ch46. There are a few others that look like they have high gain. Also some that are never the Max channel. I suspect those are mostly dead tubes but have not correlated with other lists. There does look to be on FEE board missing in CR3.
