Fortran code, calculations, and shell scripts

Here is FORTRAN code which will calculate all what you want in Blast-wave.
And here (gzipped-tar file) are lots of shell scripts to run the code, lots of files of completed calculations used in Section 3 of the paper, and kumac files (for all of you paw fans remaining!) to make pretty pictures.

The code itself needs to be linked against cern hbook libraries.

You can probably figure it out, but there probably needs to be more documentation here. Until there is, it should be known that the culprit here is Mike Lisa.
