Remote power control for the NIM crates

The NIM Crates for the PMD trigger logic is powered through Remote Power Switch (RPS), which can be accessed through telnet from the PMD control terminal.

Procedure :

1. Open an window
2. Type "telnet pmdrps@starp.bnl.gov"
3. Password : pmd@*rps
4. Type "/H" for help
5. Type "/Off 1" to turn OFF the NIM 1 crate
6. Wait for a while and type "/On 1" to turn it ON again
5. Follow 5 and 6 (on/off 5) for NIM 2 crate
