Requirement:
SVT will deliver data of neighboring anodes to the same receiver board.
Justification
Conversion of ADC data to space points requires that responces from all adjoining anodes be available to the same CPU. This is essential for recognition of boundaries of clusters formed by a single particle trajectory passing through an SVT layer.
While limited information can be passed between receiver boards, a requirement for large-scale sharing of information will result in overheads which will adversely impact system performance.
