Capacitances within the TPC Subsectors

Using Garfield (which is 2D, and necessarily ignores end effects), we can estimate the capacitance of individual wires (per unit length) to various other parts of a subsector generally at a constant potential (e.g., all ground wires, or all of the odd-numbered gating grid (GG) wires). Note that not all possible combinations have been calculated, and small discrepancies exist due to round-off error.
