Some unofficial comments on PROM versions:
T26: Some Xilinx groups at the end of an RDO extension started
one cycle out of phase, causing bus contention.
T27: Fixed the bus contention problem, but 1/4 of the RDO's
showed header-length errors.
T28: Fixed the header-length errors, but there is still a
problem that about 1/12 of the boards return a corrupt token, part, or
all, of the time.
T29: Not distributed.
T30: Hopefully, fixes the corrupt token problem.
F21.3: High/low word convention problem; one group of 16
channels repeats.
F21.5, F24, F25, FX2, FX5, FX6:
Data output enable longer than necessary, leading to some data corruption.
