EWO: Increased array size of file output names to fix an error with combinedJobs. Recognize Central Trigger files. Fixed problem so combineJobs can store and hold multiple trigger histogram outputs.

EWO: I appended a number to the username that prevents the directory containing ouput histograms from being automatically deleted when multiple triggers are combined on a single page.
