July 5th Here is a summary of the dca (signed dca and dca in Z) for the second P06id production (cucu 200 MinBias). I present also the pull, defined as dca/sigma(dca) vs pt, 1/pt.

P06id

The cuts have changed a little to increase a little bit the statistic in order to get some realistics fits.
Cuts are :

Range in Phi

This plot show the range in phi for this production. Whereas the first P06id production, the coverage for the case (svt+ssd) > 2 in phi is full.

Pull

I look at tracks above differents tracks :

Plots

Figure : pull > 1 Figure : pull > 2 Figure : pull > 3
In these plots , the number of events is in Y and the number of tracks in this event,which passed the cut is in X.

Pt oh these tracks

Figure : pull > 1 Figure : pull > 2 Figure : pull > 3
In these plots , the pt of the previous tracks are shown.

Result of differents fits

Figure : DCA XY vs pt Figure : DCA XY vs 1/pt
the Dca vs pt was fitted by sqrt((a/p_t)^2 + b); it gives a better approximation than a/p_t;
The Dca vs inv pt was fitted by a pol2, but it doesn't give a better result than a pol1 , as I saw for the Dca in XY for the SSD only.
