Release DEV -> NEW tagged as SL00a_1

January 13, 2000, DEV version of library has been tagged as SL00a_1 and released as NEW.

This is a bug fixing release.

Former NEW SL00a has been left alone.

• global/dst, global/idl - modified to make short->long transition for variables type;

• St_geant_maker reorganized to move TGeant3 to root4star ;

• St_db_Maker - fixed timestamp from CINT file name;

• StChain - modified to use timestamp, new const type of StBranch added ;

• StTreeMaker - modified to add new const type of StBranch;

• StMagF - added new files to handle daq magnetic field to be set up automatically for reconstruction running ;

• StBFChain - modified to use StMagFMaker to handle daq magnetic field, add option "big" to increase NwGEANT to 40Mwords for big events;

• StEvent, StAnalysisMaker - modified to add SSD hits;

• StEvent, StEventMaker - modified to read dst_summary_param table from the runco branch and build StEventSummary objects;

• sim/g2r, sim/g2t - correction for GEAT tpc hits positions implemented;

• StTrsMaker - modified to include MACROS for compatibily with CC5.0;

• St_QA_Maker - modified to change limit on histograms and to give proper inputs to routine prop_one_tack, added filling of ftpc histograms, added new methods so that one can set a list which will be used to print, draw a subset of histograms correcponding to a given maker;

• A number of codes got rid of warning messages.

• A number of macros for DST analysis are modified.
