Summary of Fast Offline QA and Offline DST Production Shift Duties - Run 7
- Review in detail the set of histograms for the
Offline QA Shifts for the following types of data:
- Fast Offline Data Production (highest priority); the minimum requirement
is 1-2 file sequences or 'jobs' per Experiment
Run ID number.
- Real Data Production (next highest priority); again, due to the large
number of jobs produced, the minimum requirement
is 1-2 file sequences or 'jobs' per Experiment
Run ID number.
- Monte Carlo Data Nightly Tests; as time permits.
- Write a useful and informative Offline QA Shift report using a
web-based
form
noting especially any and all suspected problems with
the detectors, calibrations, reconstruction or production.
The report will be archived and the summary
sent to 'starqa-hn' hypernews automatically.
Be sure to write a special summary for Fast Offline QA.
Email the fast offline QA summary to the three shift leaders and period
coordinator for your shift-week.
- Press the "MARK" button for all real data production, fast offline data,
and nightly Monte Carlo
tests runs you examined while on shift.
- Notify the appropriate experts and/or the QA contacts
for any and all suspected problems with the detectors, calibrations,
reconstruction or production.
