* EMCSECP index [1..6] is defined as:
	1	Barrel Towers
	2	Barrel SMD
	3	Barrel Preshower
	4	Emdcap Towers
	5	Endcap SMD
	6 	Endcap Preshower


* EMCRBP index is the fiber number [1..8]. 


* All banks are variable length so that contributions can be made smaller
to save space or larger to extend the bank at future times.

* The exact format of the data banks will be defined later as information
becomes available.
