2-Iteration of SMD gains from pp200 minB data taken in 2004

events from the selected runs with TPC in the data were added together, runList

any minB triggered events are used (fast & slow), total 1.5M accepted eve
INPUT

MIP peak position vs. strip ID (using gains from iteration 1) is approximated by :
* universal curve for sectors 5,7,8

* specific curves for sectors 6

The ratio of U-shape to the goal of 1.3 MeV is correction factor applaied to all SMD strips resulting with new gains
