Notation:
* mask - broken tile masked in DB
* higG/lowG - we miss HV , |gain-ideal|>ideal*30%, gain value is fine.
* pedOff - the ped from Db does not match that from the raw spectrum by more than 1 ADC count. This happened only for this 3 towers with stuck low bits. Slopes will be used for gains.
* singF - MPV was determin with a vary small error (<0.05 ADC) . Sometimes root looses sanity during fitting - spectra & gains are fine.
* wideG - sigma of distribution is >60% of MPV - it happneds if post shower is dropped from MIP condition.
