MIP response vs. pre/pots MIP cut

  1. INPUT:
    500K PYTHIA events with pt=2-3, production 'rcf1231', the softest I found.
    ETOW ADC scale set by 4096 @60 GeV Et w/ SF=5%, pre & post gains are EQUAL @23000 ch/1GeV energy lose.
    slow simulator, default settings

  2. MIP cut in pre/post-shower
    A) ADC-ped >12ch
    B) ADC-ped in [0.3,4.0]*MIP and >4ch
    C) ADC-ped in [0.6,3.0]*MIP and >4ch

  3. Absolute pre/post gains. Note, the input gain for M-C was of 23000 ch/GeV for pre & post.
