This page describes the HV calibration of the eemc towers.

Run 6044054 was used to calculate gains from slopes

  1. Macros used to determine the new HV files
    1. GainAverage.C Run this file first.
      The input file is called gain_v_douta.dat . and is from Jan.
      flagD : 0-gain used in determining average 2-not used due to crate 1 chan 13-31's failure 3-wierd gain (outside 0-100 range) 4-outlayer (outside 5-20 range) (also used in determining average)
      The output of this file is ratio.dat and ratio.csv . Columns are: tube, flagA,flagB,flagC,flagD, tower, etabin, oldGain, gChangeFactor
    2. ChangeVolt.C Run this file second.

      Input of this macro is the output from gainAverage.C. Output is summary files found below
