Todd and Dejan,

I have compiled the location of the BPM's which are located on the IP side 
of the 12 DX magnets in the RHIC ring.  Note that we did the Brahms (1-2) 
and Phobos (9-10) BPM's first, then we made a tool to locate the flange 
closest to the DX and we did not go back and locate that flange at those 
areas, if you would like that data, as well, we can go back for it.  The 
coordinates are in a local datum the origin is at the IP of each of the 
experiment halls, positive X is away from the center of the machine, 
positive Y is up and positive Z is clockwise.

Note:
The BPM's were built with four 0.250" holes in the ring closest to the IP, 
the intersection betwee these four holes is the design center of the ring 
and is the value i.e. 01BPMCTR.  In some cases all four holes were not 
able to be located but at least three were located and can be looked at to 
see roll componant of the unit.  The flange nearest the DX that attaches 
to the valve was shot with a hidden point bar that attaches to the flange 
and gives us the value of the center of the flange only, i.e. 03FLANGE.
