Two final sectors of 3 ladders will be installed at 6 and 12 o'clock. At temporary bare sector will be installed at 9 o'clock to act as a support to the SSD external shield. A bare temporary sector will be installed at 3 o'clock featuring 6 mounting points for the ladders. Up to 5 ladders (4 new ladder and the ladder 0 at BNL) will be installed on that sector. The drawing shows 12 ladders, the 4th location (starting from the bottom left) will not be equipped. The resulting SSD geometry will cover a little more than half the acceptance in r-phi with a small gap at 5 o'clock.
