Ladder to HV/LV channel matching table
Ladders :
Each ladder needs +2V,-2V and +5V on each side. The HV is brought to the ladder from one side 
The East side for the ladders 1 to 10 and from the West side for the ladders 11 to 20
Patch panels :
The are two patch panels serving the East and the West side.
Cables from the ladders (round) and from the CAEN boards (rectangular) are mixed on the patch panels. 
The output connectors are for the ladder cables
The input connectors are for the cables from the CAEN modules
