Cross Talk

Requirement: Induced Signal

Cross talk is the signal induced on an inactive channel (source held inactive) while one or more channels are driven at peak signal swing. The measured signal swing shall be < 1% of the peak signal swing applied to all other inputs singly or jointly.

Justification:

Rough calculations show that at a level of 2-3% crosstalk starts to cause degradation of position resolution.
