This is the procedure to visually check that water is flowing through the TOFp
tray. We prefer have the in-tray electronics powered only when there is water flow.

Requirements:

Procedure:
- Locate the TOFp water flow meter. It is on the magnet steel on
the East side of STAR. When one stands on the East side and faces west
the flow meter is at approximately 5 o'clock.
- Note the location of the indicator. It should be at roughly 3/4 of full scale.
