Only Shift Crew Responsibilities:
pVPD High Voltage should be OFF unless there
are stable & cogged beams in both rings.
pVPD HV On/Off Control

If there's a loss of AC power on the platforms,
OR a loss of the SGIS global permissive,
all systems come back up in the OFF state for safety.
Systems must then be repowered for normal running.
