In the simulation the EMC and TOF operate in the same fashion so that a discussion here reflects the functions of the TOF.
An event is first added to the EMC Memory or in hardware, Front End. Upon a Level 0 accept the event is moved into a receiver area (trgEmcMem). This event is then downloaded to Level 2 upon detection of a level 1 accept by the Level 2 Que Manager . The WAIT associated with this download is 5 microseconds.
