  This space will be managed by the PWGC - generally, its scope is to be used
  for "tasks" that are either (a) a specific analysis requring a space boost 
  (for a documented and valid reason) and not ftiiting into the standard PWG area
  or (b) the generation of analysis outpout (picoDST). In other words, this
  space should not be used for detector calibration or standard user analysis 
  as other areas are set for those purposes.
 
  The assumption is that the picoDST formats will be documented and made public
  to encourage collaborative effort rather than the spread of formats.
