Self Alignment

Idea : make a self-alignment of svt+ssd to get rid out the distorsion du to the charge effect seen in the tpc

Select ssd and svt hits of the tracks ( primary or globals ?) found with the tpc
Remove tpc hits
Make Alignment with these four points according to the Millipede Methods - specific procedures and code from CDF

1) first look at the new production zero field run #6065045 for cucu200 with updated T0

Note for me : from the log file , the chain was root4star -b -q 'bfc.C(100000,"P2005 tofDat ITTF ssddat spt OShortR OSpaceZ2","st_physics_6065045_raw_1010001.daq")'
Option 'P2005' implies the use and active SVT but here again SSD was not use with Sti , even Ssd hits are created before now , according to Yuri

These production files was made before the implementation of the corriged geometry from alignment od the ssd , so these files can only check the TO change
