dE/dx calibration of Y2001 data (progress report)

Data sample
- Each 10-th file (/reco/*/*/P01gk/*/*/*0010.dst.root)
for 680 runs in total
on disks: data18, data20 and data21,
i.e. all runs processed so far excluding Field Off data.
The pulser gain correction (Fabrice) has been included.
- it is used global tracks with no. of fit points ≥ 30 ==> ~75 M tracks;
- z = < log(dE/dx) - log(dE/dx)(BB for pion)> == profile histograms
- <z> should be = 0. It is not 0 yet !
The overall scale will be set after all calibration step completion.
dE/dx resolution after pulser corrections only.
Resolution at 90cm = 8.7%.
Time dependence
Overall scale is about exp(-0.1). There are 3 runs with very high scale (scale > 0.5) and
many runs with scale < -0.2.
The result for these runs have to understood
and the runs have to excluded from analysis.
Sector and Row dependence
After the pulser correction (pad level) still exits dependence of Sector and Row:
(Z limits are set -0.5/+0.5)
It is needed one more iteration.
Sector and Z dependence
We are looking for effects due electron absorption.
Result for inner and outter sector
Dependence on no. of global tracks(pile-up and volume charge)
