talked to Dave just a minute ago: tof seemed to have gotten into a weird
state which disappeared again ... they are back to running w/ tofp.
I saw more missing tokens (John!) than I hoped for but this could well
be the result of Bill's quoted 20% efficiency. I saved this mornings daq
log to look into it in more detail.
