hi helen - those particular theremocouples are "open" - -i.e.
they're not connected and we dont expect them to read anythign
sensible right now - they're 100% irrelevant....
i'm not sure what note you read - maybe it's something i
should update - could you tell me what you were reading there?
anyway - absolutely - we want to take data... but thanks
for noticing & asking about this!
