after, remap #1 = "shift adc indexes down"...

note the magic number here (the magnitude of the index
shift either up or down that makes the hits match up) is *EIGHT*.

simplest explanation - perhaps a single problem w/ a
C-section bundle, since all C bundles have 8 cables each...
more complicated explanations also exist though
