This file is handled by a program called pvpd.st in the same
directory as pVPD.save (the file with the values in it). The problem
is that the processor that program is loaded on has a few extra
commands at the end of its startup script that effectively make it
impossible to access any of the disks on sc3.starp. I explained this
to people, but apparently nothing was done. If the trigger group
wouldn't mind relinquishing control of that processor for a little
while (it's vtrg1.starp), I can try to mess around with it and
(hopefully) get it to work. Are you at Rice or on site right now?
