ooops re: scalers in 'strobe' events

sorry, i mispoke

here's one of these 'strobe' events.... scalers are actually
zero for these - i had mentioned they were nonzero and changing evt-to-evt.

i am present looking at more detail on all the various handles
(i.e. scaler[8], [9], [10], the adc/tdc values, etc etc ) in
the localmon data and will and am aiming to improve my
event-type-accounting here...

i already noticed that simply selecting scaler[9]!=scaler[10]
down not through away ALL of these strobe events, a handful (<<1%)
still get through that cut - so clearly i need to study all this in
more detail....
