gas and common stop issue

The grassy common stops appears to be TDC-module related: one TDC unit
for TOFp (#5) and another for TOFr (the new #9, grrr). We are running
low on good TDC units so the question is: should I return the bad ones
to HEEP for repair? Or do we loose them when we do so? Obviously,
returning them tomorrow doesn't get them fixed for Saturday's access ...

On a different issue. I asked Bill C. about the status of our gas
approval. He received the new drawing (or Ralph did) and a
preliminary(?) procedures document and would be looking into it
tomorrow. I'll be pushing again tomorrow ...
