we have a problem w/ the ps for crate 63. I've already asked Zhangbu

I was wrong, it's the +12V power supply.
When I turn the crate on, the current goes off scale.
Since we're not taking any data now, I turned the crate off altogether.
The problem started before access. As far as I can ascertain, no one has
been working on that crate before or since.
