TOF Alarm is gone

ok,
we've decided that the readings on crate 63 are faulty and turned the
crate on. A few hours ago this action corresponded to an alarm on HV
trigger _and_ TOF, now TOF is FINE, although two slots on the trigger HV
still complain. Steve (from the slow controls) is trying to ascertain
whether those are also faulty readings or something else.

we hope the crate is fine, and that the glitch was in the readouts.
