last nights data - PROBLEMS

STAR took 320k events, yet our localmon file from last night
contains only ~1000 events, corresponding to ~10k STAR events.

factor of 32 discrepancy here.

also i see TOF was excluded from the latest runs: 4054021-22.
there is no mention of why in the shift or run logs.

frank - please look at the local daq logs for any hints - thanks.
