still a problem!

i'm still confused....

nikolai never called back, and tof has participated in
runs this afternoon, so i assume the "it went red" errors
on the run control screen were dealt with....

however i am still confused about the amt of data getting into
localmon.dat....

i see star has collected of order 200k events this afternoon,
yet in localmon.dat i see only 96 (!!) events total (corresponding
to ~1000 star events), of which ~1/2 are physics events.

something is still VERY FISHY here. comments please.

frank - could you find a good time soon and stop/restart
some software. something is still broken right now...
