revisions you made to TOF Systems last access

hello zhangbu and richard

please confirm that you made no changes to the TOF
hardware *other* than adding cables to second outputs
of tofr platform discriminators and possibly adding some
independent logic in NIM bin #4.

since the last access, the TOF systems have collected
essentially *no data*, while STAR has collected >1M events.
i.e. all TOF systems (TOFp, TOFr and pVPD) are seriously
broken now, and extensive searching by the TOF detector experts
over the last two days has not indicated any hardware or software
problems.
