star is running now. more localmon data than before is
coming in - i.e. star took ~150k evts in the last few hrs,
and there was ~5k events in localmon (of which ~1.5k were physics
triggers). i.e. the discrepancy between Nlocalmonevents*10
and Nstarevents is a factor of 3 at the moment (over the
weekend it was ~30).

--> also TOFr TDC #7 seems to have died.
        in both strobe events and physics events, the
        values from this tdc are all zeros.
