so we are running at the correct ration TOF/STAR again? Can the localmon
committee afirm this? If so, (L2) problem solved & case closed.
however ... i (well, tofpdaq) am not too happy with STAR's capability of
sending out many L0 and only sending out L2-accepts afterwards ...
although we theoretically can deal w/ this our time-out settings might
be too tight to allow such a running mode.
