todays data (after L2 timeout setting change)

star took ~600k events... frank did some tests and says
the rate of apparent L2 timeouts is now hugely reduced w/ today's
change from 0.1s to 0.5s....

in localmon_to4056035.dat:

Found 4215 beam events out of 14018 >>--> ratio = 0.300685

-> localmon equivalent = 140k
-> presently factor ~4 discrepancy between # local events
and # star events

hit patterns as epxected....
