TOF TCD connections

Hello Folks,
Sorry about weighing in late.

I have checked my original notes on the TCD as well as my logic
diagram. The TCD connections used by TOF are:

Out 2 - L0
Out 4 - Command 4 (used as pulser)
Det Live - TOF System Live (active high TTL when Live)

Frank had them correct in his earlier note. We also have Out 1
configured with a delayed RHIC strobe and Out 3 with Abort, but we
are not using these connections at present.
