isobutane flow

Hi Frank,

Isobutane flow was started at 15:20 BNL time. The flow rates will be 450
ccm r134a and 25 ccm isobutane. We'll cut back to normal flow of 63 ccm
freon and 3.5 ccm isobutane tomorrow.

Could you go ahead and set the HV for +- 7000 V before you leave?
