Hi,
  There are some UPC trigger test which should give nothing in pVPD or TOF.
  We have about 15% inefficiency in the trigger, this is likely due to
TOF daq deadtime. If this is true, it is much higher than 5us. Anyone knows
what happens.

Found 8529 beam events out of 37862 >>--> ratio = 0.225265
-> local trigger efficiency a bit lower. suspect this may be
due to some test/pedestal runs (upccombined etc) going into
same localmon file... something to keep an eye on....

hit patterns look fine.
