it happens at random moments during a run: either after a few events,
after a few hundred events or after a few thousand events. Bad
connections might be a good reason and my understanding has always been
that the rear connectors of these units are particular tight. A simple &
quick access could at least affirm/solve or rule it out. Btw. 'we' don't
hang daq it's the TCD that "hangs" us and daq ...

I see there is a AtR power supply problem as we speak ... so how about
access know??
