hi -- i just talked to Eleanor. She's not convinced that last night's
problematic runs w/ TOF included were necessarily TOF's to blaim: TPC
and L3 had their issues too. However, historically shift crews always
tend to boot and leave TOF out before pursuing other options ;) Anyway,
Eleanor will remind the current shift crew to include TOF once the
cooling problems are cured.
As for contingency plans: unless stuff starts melting down there are no
accesses planned this week but chances are that there will be access on
Monday and Tuesday of which Monday would be a powerless day as far as
the platform is concerned. Maybe Bill Ch. can comment on this ...
