Followup:
  Leonid went out there and adjusted the Freon regulator.
It had gotten stuck and the flow was dropping to zero.
It is now at 1.5 atm, checking for stabilization with time.
Turned off the TOFr HV as indicated on the procedure sheet.
Please call the control room.
